Wellbeing Coaching for 12 weeks online
My signature 12-week transformation plan is designed to deliver real, sustainable results. Each week, you will receive a new diet plan customized to your preferences and goals. I will also track your progress through regular weight and measurement assessments every week, (with 24/7 excess on my WhatsApp) ensuring that you stay on track towards your target.

In addition to personalized nutrition guidance, I provide recorded yoga sessions every second week. These sessions are designed to enhance your flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. With easy-to-follow instructions, you can practice yoga in the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you best.
